About Our Designs

Many of our products are designed with a distressed graphic to enhance the vintage inspired style. If you have questions about a particular item, please refer to the product description for any additional information.

How Will My Item Fit?

We’ve included sizing charts on every product page for customers to view, when ordering, to help prevent any issues with sizing and fit. All measurements are provided by our suppliers. Please note that stated product measurements may vary by up to 2″ (5 cm).

Do You Accept Returns?

If you were incorrectly sent an item or size you did not order, we will gladly resend you the correct item once we receive the other item back. Otherwise, no refunds will be given since all items are custom made for you. We will email you a label to ship it back to us provided the item(s) are unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached. No refunds are allowed on any items unless you receive the incorrect item or size. Exchanges for different sizes or items is not allowed. Measurements are available on each item. Once items leave our facility we are no longer responsible for the item.

When Will My Order Ship?

Orders typically ship within 5-7 days (not including weekends and holidays), but delays may occur that our outside of our control.

How Do I Return An Item?

How Do I Exchange An Item?

We will be happy to exchange sizes or replace your item if there is visible problem within 7 business days of receipt of your order.

Items must be in new, unused and re-sellable condition. Please include your packing slip.

Before shipping your original item back, first contact us directly at support@motherlovingtees.com to process your exchange.

Closeout & Sale priced items are Final Sale and non refundable.

Additional Information

Securely pack your return merchandise to protect if from damage during shipping.

We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during return shipping.

A return shipping rate, equal to your original shipping flat fee, for international orders, shall be paid by the customer. All other customs fees, duties, and taxes will be paid by the customer.

Original shipping and processing fees are nonrefundable.

If we have any questions in regards to your exchange or return we will contact you via email.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Site or any service, content, feature or product offered through the Site, with or without notice, at any time and in our sole discretion. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Site, or any service, content, feature or product offered through the Site. The Site and further the Content are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. No right, title or interest in any downloaded Content is transferred to you as a result of any downloading or copying from the Site. You may not reproduce publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or exploit in any way any of the Content or the Site.

If you send certain specific submissions (for example photos or videos) or you post comments or send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, “Comments”), you do so at your own risk and you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate, use in any medium any Comments that you forward to us and we shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any Comments in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any Comment or uses; or (3) to respond to any Comments. We shall have the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any part of such submission or Comments. Note: We use the 3rd party payment platform, Stripe, and the Stripe API to process credit and debit card transactions for your account. We operate as a “Partner Application” as defined in the Stripe Terms of Service.

By using our site and agreeing to the Terms of Service, you also agree to be bound by Stripe’s Terms of Service.

You expressly understand and agree that we shall not be liable for any payments and monetary transactions that occur through Your use of the Service. You expressly understand and agree that all payments and monetary transactions are handled by Stripe. You agree that we shall not be liable for any issues regarding financial and monetary transactions between You and any other party, including Stripe.

You are responsible for all transactions (one-time, recurring, and refunds) processed through the Service and/or Stripe. We are not liable for loss or damage from errant or invalid transactions processed with Stripe. This includes transactions that were not processed due to a network communication error, or any other reason. If You process a transaction, it is Your responsibility to verify that the transaction was successfully processed.

You understand that we use the Stripe API to run the Service and that the Stripe API is subject to change at any time and such changes may adversely affect the Service. You understand and agree to not hold us liable for any adverse affects that actions (whether intentional or unintentional) on the part of Stripe may cause.

You must not process stolen credit cards, or unauthorized credit cards through Stripe.

Disclaimer

The materials on the Sites are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including without limitation, warranties of title, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement of intellectual property. Your use of the Site is at your sole risk, and you assume full responsibility for any costs associated with your use of the Site. We shall not be liable for any damages of any kind related to your use of the Site. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site and/or your breach of any representation, warranty, or other provision of the Agreement.

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS) WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT WE ARE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. BECAUSE SOME STATES OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE LIMITATIONS SET FORTH IN THIS PARAGRAPH MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IF THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS ARE HELD INAPPLICABLE OR UNENFORCEABLE FOR ANY REASON, THEN THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF US TO YOU FOR ANY TYPE OF DAMAGES SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR ANY PRODUCTS OFFERED ON THE WEBSITE OR U.S. $100.00

Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in a court of law. The waiver of any provision of the Agreement shall not be considered a waiver of any other provision or of our right to require strict observance of each of the terms herein. If any provision of the Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid for any reason, that provision shall be severable, and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
